This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform.

General Policy

If you feel that the product or service received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of purchase. Our customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days by INSIGHTFUL MENTORING NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED.

Plan-Specific Policies

Plan 1: Elite (₹ 89,999)

If we fail to secure a job worth ₹5 LPA or above within the 11-month program duration, the full amount will be refunded.

The job guarantee is valid whether the job is secured directly by us, through our referral program, or if you secure a job by yourself as a result of being made job-ready through our program.

Participants cannot withdraw from the program midway.

Plan 2: Pay After Placement

The registration fee of ₹19,999 is non-refundable if not canceled within 2 days of purchase.

If we fail to secure a job worth ₹5 LPA or above within the 40-week program duration, no further payments will be required.

Post-placement payment options:

• Option 1: Monthly payments of ₹15,000 for 12 months (Total: ₹1.8L after placement)
• Option 2: One-time settlement of ₹99,999 after placement

The job guarantee terms are same as Elite Plan - valid for direct placement, referral program, or self-secured positions.

Participants cannot withdraw from the program after the training begins.

Additional Terms

Securing a job within the program period, either through our placement services, referral network, or independently, fulfills the job guarantee clause as our program is designed to make you job-ready.

To remain eligible for refunds or program benefits, all participants must comply with the payment schedule and actively participate in all required sessions and activities.
